Private lessons

Coaching starts at $40 / hour. Our coaches also offer 10-pack packages, a great value.

Coach Jered Shilling

Jered Shilling

Club Treasurer & Board Member

After a childhood of basement play with his family and years at the club, Jered began taking students in 2018. Since then he has also taken on the role of club treasurer and board member. A graphics professional by day, he lends his skills to the club when possible — he made our logo!

Jered is currently taking on beginner to intermediate students of all ages who want to learn and develop their fundamental skills and progress to the next level.

Coach Mike Jenders

Mike Jenders

ITTF Level 1

Coach Mike is a full-time tennis and table tennis coach. He has taught table tennis in the Milwaukee area for over 10 years, working with players of all ages and skill levels from beginners to 2000+ rated players.

Mike is able to teach all offensive and defensive playing styles and has expertise in teaching proper technique with long pips and antispin.

Coach Ladislav Latso Sranko

Latso Sranko

ITTF Level 2 Certified & USATT Regional Certified

Ladislav “Latso” Sranko, born in Slovakia, started playing table tennis at age 9. At 14 he became a member of the Slovakian youth national team, and went on to play in the Slovakian national and Czechoslovakian extra leagues.

Along with his ITTF Level 2 Certification and USATT Regional Certification, Coach Latso is also a certified Slovakian Level 2 coach. His achievements include four National Senior Championships in singles, doubles and mixed doubles. In 2014 the United States Olympic Committee named him Coach of the Year for ITTF Para Table Tennis.

Coach John Schlegel

USATT Certified Coach & Club Vice President

John has been competing since 1994 and is a certified USATT coach. He has competed in numerous tournaments both locally and across the country. He’s passionate about teaching proper technique and game strategy, focusing on strong fundamentals and smart play.

Whether you’re a beginner looking to learn the fundamentals or an advanced player aiming to refine your skills, John’s expertise and passion make him an excellent guide on your journey to becoming a better player.
